Nurturing Womb is an holistic blend of complementary therapies with the specific aim of supporting your physical, emotional and spiritual health as it relates to the seasons and cycles of you womb space (plus associated areas and systems).
More than “just” a womb massage, Nurturing Womb draws upon my experience in a range of therapies: massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, Mizan therapy, energy and sound work, and more! The aim is to create a multi-disciplinary therapeutic support tailored to your individual needs.

- Amenorrhea (absence of menstruation)
- Dysmenorrhea (period pain)
- Hypomenorrhea (very light bleeding)

Natural Goddess offers tailored appointments (based on a comprehensive consultation) that are a blend of reflexology, massage therapy, aromatherapy, Mizan therapy (including womb massage), gua sha, cupping (facial and body), sacred wrapping (Closing the Bones), energy and sound work, plus lifestyle support and advice.
When working holistically we need to give time for the body to come into a more natural balance – as such, I recommend a programme of at least 6 treatments (and offer a discount through the loyalty scheme offering every 6th equivalent treatment free, as per the information below):

LOYALTY CARD
For every treatment of 1hr 15 mins (or more), get the 6th equivalent treatment free. This means the prior treatments cost the following (rounded):
- 1hr 15 mins – £45.83
- 1hr 45 mins – £66.67
- 2hrs 15 mins – £83.33
Please note: Before the first appointment, a detailed consultation will need to be completed. This can be done by phone a couple of days in advance. However, if you are uncomfortable with doing so over the phone, I can arrange for you to complete the consultation in person at my studio.
Every appointment ends with a short sound bath after the hands-on treatment. My firm belief of the benefits of giving you time to simply be still and experience the healing power of mindful sound is a key element of the holistic service that I offer and helps to integrate any body work with mind and soul.
