Rather than “stand-alone” therapies, they are tailored to your needs by inter-weaving a blend of reflexology, massage therapy, aromatherapy, Mizan therapy (including womb massage), gua sha, cupping (facial and body), sacred wrapping (Closing the Bones), energy and sound (Sound Baths, Himalayan Bowl Massage, Drum Journeys and Drum Massage), plus lifestyle support and advice.
When working holistically we need to give time for the body to move into a more natural balance. As such I recommend a programme of at least 6 treatments (and offer packages to support this).
