Nurturing Menopause is an holistic blend of complementary therapies with the specific aim of supporting you to navigate the transition of peri-menopause to menopause.
As our hormone levels rise and fall, our mood (and energy) can ebb and flow, and it can impact on our physical state. Our experience of peri-menopause and menopause can be a result of a complicated blending of our history, lifestyle, environment and so much more!

Please note: Before the first appointment, a detailed consultation will need to be completed. This can be done by phone a couple of days in advance. However, if you are uncomfortable with doing so over the phone, I can arrange for you to complete the consultation in person at my studio. Every appointment ends with a short sound bath (where appropriate) after the hands-on treatment. My firm belief of the benefits of giving you time to simply be still and experience the healing power of mindful sound is a key element of the holistic service that I offer and helps to integrate any body work with mind and soul.
