Natural Goddess offers tailored appointments (based on a comprehensive consultation) that are a blend of reflexology, massage therapy, aromatherapy, Mizan therapy (including womb massage), gua sha, cupping (facial and body), sacred wrapping (Closing the Bones), energy and sound (Sound Baths, Himalayan Bowl Massage, Drum Journeys and Drum Massage), plus lifestyle support and advice.
When working holistically we need to give time for the body to come into a more natural balance – as such, I recommend a programme of at least 6 treatments (and offer a discount on bookings of 6 treatments):

Please note: Before the first appointment, a detailed consultation will need to be completed. This can be done by phone a couple of days in advance. However, if you are uncomfortable with doing so over the phone, I can arrange for you to complete the consultation in person at my studio. Every appointment ends with a short sound bath (where appropriate) after the hands-on treatment. My firm belief of the benefits of giving you time to simply be still and experience the healing power of mindful sound is a key element of the holistic service that I offer and helps to integrate any body work with mind and soul.
