All appointments are based on a comprehensive wellbeing consultation and the ideal is for a multi–disciplinary approach, tailored to your needs.

Every appointment involves an approximately 15 minute sound bath after the hands-on treatment. My firm belief of the benefits of giving you time to simply be still and experience the healing power of mindful sound is a key element of the holistic service that I offer.
