WELLBEING CONSULTATION
Please note that all information is kept in confidence as per the conditions listed below.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA FOR PROVIDING SERVICES
In order to ensure that any service we offer you is suitable an initial consultation is carried out. This consultation asks a number of questions regarding your health and lifestyle in order to enable the Business to plan your treatment with consideration to your personal needs.
Appointments are booked, and treatment takes place, under your acceptance that this consultation is completed. It is important that you answer truthfully, and to the best of your knowledge, to ensure that an appropriate treatment plan can be created that is suitable to your needs. Some examples of potential medical conditions are listed on FAQs.
You will be required to sign a disclaimer stating that you have done so and have:
- Answered truthfully and to the best of your knowledge
- Disclosed any medical conditions and medications
- Have taken appropriate medical advice (where relevant) and that, based on that medical advice, it is safe to proceed with treatment.
Such information is only held that is deemed generally necessary (as an industry standard) to provide a suitable service and is re-evaluated at every visit for its accuracy and current relevance.
Such information is held in paper form in a locked filing cabinet. You are very welcome to contact the Business to request access to the files that are held. Please allow up to 4 weeks to organise a mutually acceptable time to visit and view your records.
Unless you have opted in to the Newsletter, you may be contacted quarterly for up to a year after your last treatment, at which point your details will be archived and kept for ten years in case of any dispute or claim (as required by the business’ insurer, Hiscox).
The Business does not share the personal information we hold about you in paper form with anyone except to comply with the law, in any legal dispute or to otherwise protect our rights.
(NB: If you have any concerns, or spot any errors, please contact the Business in the first instance. I’m a small business who looks to work in partnership with my clients. I will seek to rectify any issues as quickly as possible where it is practical to do so).
USE OF PERSONAL DATA FOR PROVIDING THE NEWSLETTER

TESTIMONIALS & FEEDBACK

APPOINTMENT TIMES & CANCELLATIONS
Please arrive promptly for (and no more than 5 minute prior to) your appointment. Natural Goddess will make every effort to accommodate any changes due to lateness, but in the event that you are late, Natural Goddess cannot be held accountable for loss of treatment time.
Where an appointment has been paid for in advance, it will be possible to move the appointment to the following week if needed.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you can’t make your appointment. More than one late cancelled appointment/no show will require non-refundable payment on booking for future appointments.
Natural Goddess reserves the right to refuse treatment (with no refund) where:
- The treatment would be inappropriate, unsuitable or unsafe.
- The therapist feels uncomfortable and/or unsafe (eg to the client exhibiting inappropriate behaviour)
- The client is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol and/or recreational drugs.
PACKAGES
Packages are booked and paid for in advance. The appointments paid for have to be taken a minimum of monthly, or the package discount becomes forfeit and full price will need to be paid. If you wish to cancel further prepaid appointments, any appointments already taken will revert to being charged at full price before any refund is made.
EXCEPTION: where a package has been purchased whilst pregnant, it is recognised that situations may arise that may interfere with the possibility of adherence to the terms and conditions of packages. Should a medical professional change their opinion regarding the circumstances of a pregnant person being able to attend, it is possible to hold any pre-paid appointments to be taken at a later date. In addition, should baby arrive earlier than expected, it is also possible to carry over any pre-paid appointments to become post-partum ones.
ATTENDING SERVICES WITH OTHER PERSONS
Occasionally it may be desirable for an additional person to attend an in-person service with a client. The Business retains the right to refuse this without explanation, except where this would be deemed essential for legally recognised safeguarding purposes (eg. with regards to a suitable parent or guardian attending with a child who is accessing an in-person service).
The Business can accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption of, or delay to, the treatment or service, due to the presence of another person there by necessity or invitation of the person accessing the service. However, where said person is an infant, we may be, where possible, able to extend treatment time a little to account for this, where this does not interfere with other clients. The parent or guardian remains responsible for the supervision and safety of any children attending.
